No, if Steve thought it was time to quit it was time to quit. Some people can still wrestler after debilitating injuries but Steve soon was wrestling with two knee braces and lets not forget he broke his neck before. So no, I rather not see Steve dead or something because he pushed himself to hard and kept wrestling and ended up crippled. HBK and Kurt are lucky it hasn't happened to them yet.
