Can you ask for a jury trial when you have a paternity case?

Let's say that you're pretty sure the judge isn't gonna give you a fair ruling. You've had a vasectomy a year before meeting this b*tch, and she suddenly got pregnant and the child came out the wrong color and you refused to sign the birth certificate. Now, she's trying to bring you into court to get her filthy paws on your money. Is it possible to get a jury there instead of a judge to decide whether or not you should pay the b*tch?
