Car accident. No police report.?

This guy rear ended me. Gave me his license plate and left. No police report, no injury. Now I filed the case with my insurance, and gave them his license plate number. My insurance company sent him a letter asking him to call to make a statement, but he denied that anything ever happened. What do I do?
