How to be popular in 8th grade?

ik this is going against what you just said..but the popular people are never the stuck up girls. There are girls in my grade that are so stuck up, but everyone laughs at them. Everybodys popularity doesnt come just from all that crap, but from how you carry yourself and if you are willing to laugh at yourself.
