I killed a tiny mouse and now i feel gulity.?

I had to because if i let him loose he would come back, Truth be told i thought the filthy little thing was cute but i had to do it, Problem is i feel gulity now. I keep imaging what it would be like, Hungry and searching for food and shelter and a giant coming and killing me, I makes me wanna cry a bit.
