I'm really worried about John Cena...is it true he's working hurt?

Several sources are saying he's working through multiple injuries...I'd miss him yes if he left wwe for a while to recover but I'm not selfish either. I care more about his health than him competing for us...As a True Cena fan, I hope he loses at MITB just so he can recover. I also heard its really bad :'( I'm scared for him!!!!! I cant stop crying.....
