Is this legal to get kicked out for having clutter?

My landlord came over today to look at a huge hole left in my ceiling from a leak that hasn't been fixed yet and she told me after I had told her about a few other things that need to be fixed that she was going to serve me with a 60 day notice because I have clutter in my house. Its not filthy in the least I just have a bunch of stuff from my fiance moving in with me and having 3 kids... is this legal for her to do?
