Pain on my right testicel?

I am 13 year old male and today me and my family went to Darien lake and went on all the roller coasters and when I was walking I relized that my right nut was hurting when ever i walked sat down or went on a roller coaster it would hurt so I went back to the hotel to check my nuts and I relized that they were fine but then I relized that their was a little lump on my right ball (I think I don't know because I just started to hit puberty) I just wanted to know if it's just puberty or testicle cancer or some other sickness or just injury or inflammation and please help because I am scared sh** less right now and tell me if I should go to a doctor about it
