Question about mini doxie?

I was just given a one year old mini doxie, today. She was filthy and has what seems like extra long nails. She has never been to a vet and has had a litter if six already. I took her to get her out of the situation she was in. I have a duz month old male mini. I just realized shes in heat and I've no idea how long this had been the case. She is bleeding a little. Could she already be pregnant?
