Should i seek medical attention ?

Around 18 months ago i recieved 3rd degree burns on both my arms from my wrist, to around 2 inches above my elbow, yesterday and today they recieved a rather nasty sun burn along with my neck, however this is really the first injury i have had on them since the burns and relised i feel absoloutely no pain in my arms now what so ever, were as my neck is in considerable pain, is this something i should get looked at ?
