Which side is negative on this tv capacitor?

The negative side is the white stripe with the boxes and it connects to the semicircle side (ground) of the capacitor diagram on the PCB. The -|(- diagram is usually used for non-electrolytic capacitors but it is always + -|(- - where - is ground.
