Landlord is required to send a written explanation and breakdown of every repair she is deducting from your security deposit, within 30 days of your vacating. Your cleaning deposit is usually $100 and that is non refundable. If you dont get the itemized statement of damages, you can sue in Small Claims Court and let the judge decide.
