Should I train today or would that cause an injury?

Last night I attended my first martial arts class (all be it it was an introductory class and was only a half hour) for Hung Gar kung fu. Now I'm feeling great but a bit more than a little sore in my legs and arms. I'm curious as to if it is safe to actually practice some of the stances/drills/forms we went over or should i maybe only stretch and just move around today to avoid injury?
