How to manage to get baby guppies out of the gravel?

Tonight I saw 3 baby guppy fish in my tank, but there in the gravel :( How do I manage to get them? I was thinking about taking the big fish out and gently removing the gravel piece my piece tomorrow and getting them like that! Is that okay or do I just leave them? I have a starter tank and it get rather filthy in a couple of weeks and I only have an air stone as a filter! WHAT SHOULD I DO :(
