Help with body please?

So ive been really insecure lately due to 2 ankle injuries i have not been able to run. Normally i play 6 sports( basketball, volleyball, track, soccer, dance, and LAX) ive been out of all of them for three weeks and i feel like im getting fat. I have been doing rehab and also muscle strengthening to stay in shape over recovery. Any other ideas?
